We admit children throughout the academic year and we have spaces for 2 year-olds and 3 year-olds.

All nursery places are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. If we have an over subscription of places, a waiting list will come into effect. The children upon this waiting list will be offered a place within the nursery should a place become available, in the order of which they applied.


Pricing for Additional Hours outside of Government Funded Hours

  • Full Day 8:55am - 3:25pm- £42.00 per day
  • Half Day 8:55am - 11:55am or 12:25pm - 3:25pm - £21.00 per session
  • 5 sessions per week (am or pm) - £95.00 per week (£10 saving)
  • Full Day with Breakfast Club and After School Club without FEE - £57.00 per day


 

We offer both funded and paid 2 Year old Nursery Places

 

2 year old funded Nursery Places:

If your child is between 2 and 3 years of age, you have an income below £16,190 and are claiming one of the following benefits, you could be eligible for a free early education place with a childcare provider:

• Income Support

• Income based Job Seekers’ Allowance

• Income-related Employment and Support Allowance

• Support under Part V1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

• Guaranteed Element of the State Pension Credit

• Child Tax Credit, provided you have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190, as assessed by Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs

• Or Working Tax Credit (with a family income of less than £16,190 as assessed by HM Revenue & Customs).

To find out if you are eligible for a free early education place go to www.walthamforest.gov.uk/content/free-early-education-and-childcare-three-and-four-year-olds to complete the online form. You will need to know your National Insurance number or National Asylum Seekers Number and basic information about yourself and then your child (those under the age of 3).

 

Once you have submitted your online eligibility form you will receive a reference number to include on your application.

 

 

For those that are not eligible for the 2 Year Old Funding we offer nursery sessions at the rate of £21 per 3 hour session (discounted to £95 for 5 sessions in a week).

 

 

3 and 4 Year Old Nursery Places

 

We offer 15 hours Free Early Education to all 3 and 4 year old children and 30 hours to those that meet the eligibility criteria. To apply you will need to collect an application pack from the school office.

 

All children are eligible for 15 hours of funded childcare per week. We currently offer 15 hours per week over a 38 week period (Term Time Only).

We offer AM (8:55-11:55), PM (12:25-15:25) or Full Day (8:55-15:25) sessions.

 

If you (and your partner, if you have one) meet the following criteria you may be eligible for 30 hours funded childcare:

-In work - or getting parental leave, sick leave or annual leave

-Each earning at least the National Minimum Wage or Living Wage for 16 hours a week - this is £125.28 if you’re over 25

This earnings limit does not apply if you’re self-employed and started your business less than 12 months ago.

 

You are not eligible if:

-Your child does not usually live with you

-Either you or your partner has a taxable income over £100,000

-You’re from outside the EEA and your UK residence card says you cannot access public funds

-If you foster your child, you cannot apply online for 30 hours free childcare. Speak to your social worker and your local authority if you want to apply.

 

You can get 30 hours free childcare at the same time as claiming Universal Credit, tax credits, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare.

Early Years Pupil Premium:

 

Your child may also be eligible for additional funding through the Early Years Pupil Premium

if you have a household income below £16190 and are claiming one of the following benefits:

• Income Support

• Income based Job Seekers Allowance

• Child Tax Credit (provided you are not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and with a family gross income of less than £16,190)

• National Asylum Seekers Support

• Guarantee Element of State Pension Credit

• Employments and Support Allowance - Income Related only

• Universal Credit

 

To apply you will need to complete an application form which is available electronically below or from the office.

 

For any applications you will need to contact the school office to make an appointment where you will need to bring either your child’s passport or birth certificate for proof of identity.
